Hours of Opening for Hirers

Following the Hall Premises Entertainment Licence, the Hall's opening hours are 8.00 to 23.30 Monday to Saturday, and 8.00 to 22.30 on a Sunday.

All time spent in the Hall has to be paid for. Therefore, entering, all preparation, clearing up, cleaning and vacating must be included in your booked session time and paid for.

Hirers are asked to ensure that the premises are clean and tidy as found, before leaving the premises, otherwise the refundable deposit may be partially or fully retained. Additionally, in our efforts to improve our environmental sustainability, hirers are asked to make use of our reusable crockery (details are available in the equipment for hirers page). We also have a dishwasher which washes these dishes in a 3-minute cycle.

How to book

1. Read the Terms and Conditions of Hire
2. Familiarise yourself with the information about our hall & our rates of hire
3. Visit the "Book Now" link to view Online Diary and check availability.
4. Fill in the booking request form to make a provisional booking.
5. Your provisional booking will be received and acknowledged by the Admin Team (via email)
6. When your booking has been confirmed, you will receive an invoice to secure your booking.
